What are Vio-Gems and Vios? Are they the same thing?

No — they are two different currencies.

• Vio-Gems (💎) = what USERS buy with real money and spend on gifts, calls, VIP/SVIP, store items and games. Base rate: $1 USD = 10,000 Vio-Gems. Vio-Gems can NEVER be withdrawn. • Vios (🌟) = what HOSTS earn from gifts and paid calls (up to 70% of their value). Only Vios can be withdrawn as real money: 10,000 Vios = $0.67 USD.

Also: Free coins — bonus coins you get from daily check-in, the Task Center, lucky spin, etc. They combine with your Vio-Gems balance for spending, but cannot be withdrawn.

Game winnings and play-only credit are for in-app play only — they can never be withdrawn or converted to cash.
