Copyright & DMCA Policy

Fuvio LLC ("Fuvio") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can submit takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws worldwide.
1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Fuvio (including a live stream, Party room, post, profile or video) infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL or sufficient detail to locate the infringing material (for example the Fuvio ID of the account and the date and time of the stream).
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Designated DMCA agent

We respond to valid notices within 48 hours.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the same elements above plus consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive multiple valid copyright complaints will be permanently terminated.
5. Music & live streams
Hosts and Party room owners must not stream copyrighted music without proper licensing. Confirmed violations result in immediate stream termination and account warnings.
