Community Guidelines

Fuvio is a global community for live streaming, Party rooms, PK battles, video calls, games and social interaction, available in 100+ countries and operated by Fuvio LLC. These guidelines help keep our community safe, fun, and welcoming for everyone. They apply everywhere on Fuvio — live streams, Party rooms, calls, chat, profiles, Families and Agencies. Breaking them can lead to content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.

What We Encourage

Be authentic — Express yourself, share your talents, build genuine connections
Be respectful — Treat others how you want to be treated
Be inclusive — Welcome people of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities
Be creative — Music, comedy, talk shows, gaming, dancing — share what makes you unique
Be supportive — Encourage other creators with positive feedback and gifts

What is Strictly Prohibited

Adult & Sexual Content

Nudity (full or partial), sexually suggestive poses or dance
Sexual acts, simulated or real
Sexual solicitation, prostitution, escort services
Sex toys or sexually explicit props
Showing underwear, lingerie modeling, "wardrobe malfunctions"

Violence & Harm

Physical violence, fighting, weapons
Self-harm, suicide content, eating disorder promotion
Animal cruelty
Threats, intimidation, or encouraging self-harm against any person, group, or institution
Glorification of war, terrorism, mass shootings

Hate & Harassment

Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality
Bullying, doxxing, public shaming
Stalking or repeated unwanted contact
Encouraging others to harass someone

Illegal Activity

Drug use, drug sales, paraphernalia
Weapon sales
Human trafficking, smuggling
Counterfeit goods, piracy
Money laundering, fraud, scams
Anything that violates the laws of your country

Privacy Violations

Sharing others' personal information without consent (phone, address, ID, etc.)
Recording or sharing private conversations
Hidden camera content
"Revenge porn" / non-consensual intimate imagery

Scams & Manipulation

Asking users to send money or pay outside the official Fuvio app and official Fuvio coin dealers
Gift-back scams ("send me 1000 gems, I'll give you 5000")
Fake giveaways, pyramid schemes
Phishing for passwords, OTPs, payment information
Impersonating Fuvio staff, official coin dealers, agencies, celebrities, or other users
Selling, renting or sharing Fuvio accounts
Charging anyone a fee for host verification or promising guaranteed approval or income

Spam & Inauthentic Activity

Mass-following, mass-messaging
Buying/selling followers, gifts, ranks
Using bots, scripts, or multiple fake accounts — one person, one account
Self-gifting, gift round-tripping or arranged gifting to inflate earnings, rankings or targets
Repetitive promotional content

Minors

Fuvio is strictly 18+. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from using Fuvio
Showing minors in live streams or Party rooms (even by accident — please ensure no one under 18 appears)
Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors will result in immediate permanent ban + report to authorities

Live Streaming Rules

Show your face — Empty rooms, screens-only streams, or "looping video" streams are not allowed for hosts earning revenue
Stay engaged — Don't leave streams running unattended (sleeping streams)
No external links — Don't direct users off-platform for transactions or contact
Original content only — Don't restream other apps or copyrighted content; stream only content you have the right to share
Public spaces only — No streaming from changing rooms, bathrooms, etc.
Respect viewers — Don't single out individuals for mockery

Party Room Rules

The room owner is responsible for the room, including rooms left running for admins and moderators
Admins and moderators appointed by the owner must use mute, kick and ban tools fairly and only on people below their own rank
Room passwords and paid seats must not be used to hide content that breaks these guidelines
Everyone on a seat — audio or video — follows the same rules as a live host

Virtual Gifts, Currency & Games

Sending gifts is appreciated, but you should never feel pressured
Hosts cannot demand specific gifts from individual viewers
Gift refunds are NOT possible once sent (you are sending a tip, not buying a service)
Buy Vio-Gems only in the app, on fuvio.live, or from official coin dealers listed in the app or Coin Panel
Game winnings and play-only credit are for in-app play only and can never be withdrawn or converted to cash — nobody may offer to "cash out" game balances
If you suspect coin fraud, report immediately

Enforcement

Violations are reviewed by our 24/7 moderation team. Actions may include:

Warning — First minor offense
Content removal — Specific content taken down
Live stream or Party room termination — Stream or room ended, may include short suspension
Temporary suspension — Account locked 24 hours to 30 days
Permanent ban — Account permanently disabled
Coin/gift forfeiture — Earnings reversed for serious violations
Legal referral — For criminal activity (CSAM, terrorism, etc.). Serious violations are reported to authorities where required by law

How to Report Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

In live rooms and Party rooms: Tap the menu (•••) → Report
On user profiles: Tap the menu (•••) → Report User
In chat: Long-press a message → Report
Email: [email protected] for serious or urgent issues (child-safety concerns: use the subject "Child safety")

Emergency: If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action against your account was a mistake, you can appeal at [email protected] (subject "Appeal") within 30 days. Include your username or Fuvio ID, the action taken, and your explanation. We aim to respond within 5-7 business days.

Updates

These guidelines evolve as our community grows and as we learn from real cases. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notifications.
