The legal agreement between you and Fuvio for use of our app, website, and services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Fuvio LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Fuvio", "we", "us", "our"), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. By creating an account or using the Fuvio mobile application, the website at fuvio.live or related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fuvio is a live-streaming and social platform available in 100+ countries. The Service includes public live streams, Party rooms (multi-seat audio and video rooms run by a room owner with admins and moderators), PK battles, private 1-on-1 video calls, in-app games, Families, Agencies, VIP/SVIP memberships, the Task Center and rankings. Features may vary by country and account type.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have legal capacity to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction
  • You must not be barred from receiving the Service under applicable law
  • You must not be on any government sanctions list

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. One person may hold only one Fuvio account; duplicate, shared, rented or sold accounts may be removed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

3. Virtual Items & Currency (Vio-Gems and Vios)

  • Vio-Gems are virtual currency purchased with real money (base rate: USD 1 = 10,000 Vio-Gems; prices shown in the store or by an official Fuvio coin dealer apply). They are spent on gifts, paid calls, VIP/SVIP memberships, store items and games
  • Vio-Gems have NO monetary value, NO cash equivalence, and CANNOT be withdrawn or redeemed for cash
  • Vio-Gems are NON-TRANSFERABLE except as gifts within the Service
  • Vio-Gems are NON-REFUNDABLE except as required by law (see Refund Policy)
  • Vio-Gems may EXPIRE if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months
  • Vios are what hosts earn from eligible gifts and paid calls. Only Vios earned this way may be withdrawn, subject to identity verification (KYC), minimum thresholds and the withdrawal rules shown in the app
  • Game winnings and any play-only credit can be used for in-app play only and can never be withdrawn or converted to cash
  • Buy Vio-Gems only through the app stores, fuvio.live, or an official Fuvio coin dealer listed in the app or Coin Panel. Fuvio staff never ask for payment outside official channels
  • We reserve the right to modify the value, supply, or availability of virtual items at any time

4. Host & Creator Earnings

  • Hosts earn up to 70% of the value of eligible gifts and paid calls they receive, credited as Vios, per the published host policy
  • Joining an agency never reduces a host's share. Agencies may receive a 5–15% monthly tier bonus that is paid by Fuvio on top and is never deducted from hosts
  • Standard hosts are commission-based. A fixed salary applies only where Fuvio separately assigns a host in writing (Platform Direct); agency- and BD-recruited hosts are commission-based
  • Current withdrawal rules: 10,000 Vios = USD 0.67; minimum withdrawal 150,000 Vios (USD 10); maximum USD 2,000 per transaction. Fees depend on the payout method, and the exact fee and amount received are shown before you confirm
  • Hosts must complete KYC verification and bind a payout method in their own name before withdrawing
  • Hosts are independent contractors, not employees of Fuvio
  • Hosts are responsible for their own taxes

5. User Conduct

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Stream nudity, sexually explicit content, or solicit prostitution
  • Stream violence, self-harm, suicide, illegal drugs, or weapons sales
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others
  • Post content that promotes hate, discrimination, or terrorism
  • Stream copyrighted content without permission
  • Spam, scam, phish, or solicit personal information from other users
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
  • Bypass age verification or use false identity documents
  • Engage in money laundering, tax evasion, or other financial crimes
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

Violations may result in warning, content removal, gift/coin reversal, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action.

6. Content License

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Fuvio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt your content for Service operation, promotion, and improvement. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

7. Intellectual Property

The Fuvio app, brand, logos, gift designs, animations, and other proprietary content are owned by Fuvio and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or use them without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services (LiveKit, Google Play, Firebase, payout providers, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER-GENERATED CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUVIO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Fuvio against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Me → Settings → Delete Account. A deleted account enters a 15-day grace period during which support can restore it; after that, the account's content is permanently deleted (see our Account & Data Deletion page).

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Mexico, USA, and you and Fuvio LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store: Apple is not a party to these Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In case of failure to conform to warranties, you may notify Apple for refund. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
