Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms cover purchases of Vio-Gems, VIP/SVIP memberships, and any auto-renewing subscriptions in Fuvio, operated by Fuvio LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.
1. Virtual currency (Vio-Gems)
- Vio-Gems are a virtual currency used inside Fuvio to send gifts, pay for calls, join paid rooms, buy VIP/SVIP memberships and store items, and play games.
- Base purchase rate: USD 1 = 10,000 Vio-Gems (bonus amounts may apply on larger packs; the price shown before purchase applies).
- Vio-Gems can be bought in the app through Google Play or the App Store, on fuvio.live, or from an official Fuvio coin dealer listed in the app or Coin Panel at the published country rate card. Fuvio staff never ask for payment outside official channels.
- Vio-Gems have no real-world monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, are non-transferable except via in-app features, and are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy.
- Game winnings and play-only credit are for in-app play only and can never be withdrawn or converted to cash.
2. VIP / SVIP memberships
- VIP/SVIP levels unlock cosmetic and feature privileges (for example badges, name effects, entrance effects and daily free coins, depending on level) for a fixed period of 30 days.
- Memberships are paid with Vio-Gems. Buying a membership starts a new 30-day period at the level you choose.
- Memberships bought with Vio-Gems do not renew automatically. We send a reminder before your membership expires; benefits end when it expires unless you buy again.
- Special offers — limited-time bundles may be announced in-app.
3. Free trial
Some VIP tiers may include a free trial period. Where a trial is offered as an auto-renewing store subscription, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the listed price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
4. Auto-renewing subscriptions
- If a plan is sold as an auto-renewing store subscription, it renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled, and your payment method is charged.
- Renewal charge occurs within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime via Apple App Store / Google Play Store account settings — not through Fuvio.
5. Cancellation
To cancel an auto-renewing store subscription before the next renewal:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fuvio → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fuvio → Cancel.
Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until expiry.
6. Payments & refunds
- Payments are processed by Google Play, the App Store, or other listed providers.
- Refunds follow the policy of the platform used for purchase and our Refund Policy. Fuvio does not directly process refunds for app store purchases.
- Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.
7. Price changes
If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change. You may cancel before the new price applies.
8. Termination
We may terminate a subscription if you breach our Terms of Service. In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund.
