YES, almost certainly a scam. Fuvio staff will NEVER: • Ask you to send money via bKash, USDT, PayPal, Western Union, or any external method to "unlock", "verify" or "release" anything • Ask for your password, verification code, or bank OTP • Promise "VIP upgrade", "host verification" or a withdrawal release in exchange for money • Message you first from a personal WhatsApp, Telegram or email account claiming to be "Fuvio admin"
Our only official support channels are: • Email: [email protected] (any address ending in @fuvio.live) • Telegram: @FuvioSupportBot • WhatsApp: +1 347 670 0318
Buying Vio-Gems locally? Only buy from an official Fuvio coin dealer listed in the app or Coin Panel, and get the Coin Panel receipt. See "What is an official coin dealer? How do I buy safely?".
What to do if this happens: 1. Take a screenshot of the conversation. 2. Open the scammer's profile → Report → "Scam/Fraud" → attach the screenshot. 3. Block them (profile → three-dot menu → Block). 4. If you already sent money, report to your bank/payment method for a chargeback. Fuvio cannot recover money you sent outside the app.
Scammers get permanent ban + IP ban + device ban. Help us keep Fuvio safe by reporting every one you see.
