How do I delete my account?

Go to Me tab → Settings (gear icon top-right) → Delete Account.

Important warnings before you delete: • All your Vio-Gems, free coins, game balances and backpack items are permanently lost (cannot be refunded or withdrawn). • Your chat history and moments are deleted. • Your Fuvio ID becomes unavailable for anyone else to use. • Hosts: withdraw your Vios first, then delete. A withdrawal needs KYC, a bound payout method and at least 150,000 Vios. • Any VIP/SVIP time you have left ends.

After you confirm: • Your account is taken down at once: your profile and posts are hidden and any room you host is ended. • A 15-day grace period starts. Within those 15 days, support can restore your account — see "Can I restore my deleted account?". • After 15 days, your account content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
