How to buy safely: • Only buy from a dealer listed in the app / Coin Panel, or one you reached through an @fuvio.live contact. • Confirm your exact Fuvio ID, the Vio-Gems amount and the total price before you pay. • Ask for the official Coin Panel receipt and keep your payment proof. • Normal delivery is within about five minutes after your payment clears. • Never share your password or OTP with a dealer. • Fuvio staff never ask for payment outside official channels.

Red flags — do not pay: • "Special discount" far below the official rate • A seller who is not listed and asks you to trust them • Anyone offering to buy back your Vio-Gems or "cash out" game winnings
