Limits: • Minimum withdrawal: 150,000 Vios ($10) • Maximum: $2,000 per transaction • Some payout methods have their own higher minimum — the form tells you if your amount is below it.

Fees: • Fees depend on the payout method. The exact fee and the amount you will receive are shown on the form before you confirm.

What can be withdrawn: • Only Vios earned from gifts and paid calls. • Vio-Gems, free coins, game winnings and play-only credit can never be withdrawn.

Before your first withdrawal you need: • Approved identity verification (KYC) • A payment method bound in your own name

Processing usually takes 1-3 business days after approval. Requests linked to fraud, chargebacks or policy breaches may be held while they are reviewed.
