Why do I need identity verification (KYC)? How do I do it?

Identity verification (KYC) is required before you can withdraw. It proves the account belongs to you and protects your earnings from being stolen.

How to verify: Step 1: Go to Me tab → Settings → Identity Verification. Step 2: Choose your document type and enter your full legal name and ID / passport number. Step 3: Upload a photo of the front of your document. Step 4: Upload a selfie holding your document. Step 5: Tap "Submit for Verification".

Status: • Under Review — usually 1-3 business days. • Verified — you can withdraw and you get a verification badge. • Rejected — resubmit with clearer photos (good light, no glare, all corners visible).

Tips: • The name on your ID must match the name on the payout account you bind. • Your documents are stored privately and used only for verification and withdrawal compliance. • Never send your ID to anyone who contacts you privately — only upload it inside the app.
